Credits, payments and refunds
Do I need a subscription?
No. These are one-time credit packs with no automatic renewal. Use the balance when you need another video.
Do credits or videos expire?
Pack credits never expire. Completed videos can be viewed and downloaded for 7 days after completion. Save your files before that deadline; the download period is separate from your credit balance.
What if I do not have enough credits?
The studio shows the required credits before submission. Buy another pack to top up the same balance; your existing credits remain available.
Do content checks spend credits?
Content checks finish before generation starts and credits are charged. Preparing a local photo draft does not spend credits.
What happens if generation fails?
When a task is confirmed as failed, its reserved credits are automatically returned to your balance. A task still processing or awaiting confirmation is not yet a confirmed failure. Credit returns do not issue a cash refund.
Can I get a cash refund?
Request a refund within 7 days of purchase. An entirely unused pack is eligible for a full refund; for a partially used pack, the unused credits are refundable at that pack’s price per credit. Submit a support ticket with your order number. See the refund policy for details.
