Master Of Fish Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Master Of Fish at masteroffish.online. By registering, purchasing credits or submitting a generation, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter the agreement. Do not use the service if you disagree.

What the service provides

Master Of Fish uses one authorized character photo as the operator in a fish-cutting reference.

The cutting target is limited to site-owned fish or object presets. User-supplied cutting objects, arbitrary URLs, extra characters and custom backgrounds are not accepted. Select resolution and aspect ratio in the form; eligible completed work may be upscaled separately. Human cutting targets are prohibited.

The reference guides movement, camera and timing. Likeness, proportions, limbs, clothing, occlusion, background and sound can differ from the input or your expectations. We do not guarantee frame-by-frame reproduction or a particular creative result. Source clips, existing AI examples and interface screenshots illustrate their respective subjects, not a guaranteed result for every photo. Processing times are estimates; check task status.

Generation, checks and upscaling rely on external services. The form shows available features, settings and credits before submission. See the creation guides for instructions.

Accounts and permission

Provide accurate account details and protect your credentials. You are responsible for activities you authorize through the account. Contact us about suspected unauthorized access. Do not access another account, bypass safety or payment controls, or exploit credit or refund errors.

You must hold the rights needed to use every operator photo and other item you submit.

Obtain a friend's agreement to the AI video use of their photo, and necessary parent or guardian permission for a minor's photo. Public availability of an image does not itself grant permission.

Master Of Fish operates independently. Displaying references does not imply affiliation, endorsement or sponsorship by creators, performers, music rightsholders or publishing platforms. Reference use does not automatically grant rights to source footage, music, likenesses, trademarks or commercial use.

Prohibited uses and checks

Do not upload, generate or distribute sexual, nude or exploitative content, particularly sexual content involving minors or non-consensual intimate images. Do not use the service for harassment, threats, hate, fraud, unlawful impersonation, false endorsements or infringement.

Do not mislead viewers into believing a real person actually participated in an AI-generated performance. Do not submit malware, unauthorized access attempts or requests intended to interfere with the service or bypass restrictions.

We and our providers may check and reject unsafe inputs. Passing a check does not establish legal permission. We may investigate complaints, restrict content or suspend access as reasonably necessary for abuse, safety risks or serious or repeated violations. Contact support if you believe a check or restriction is incorrect.

Packs, generation and upscaling

Video credit packs are one-time purchases, do not renew automatically, and purchased credits do not expire.

Check the pricing page and checkout for amount, currency and credits; the confirmed order governs the purchase. Credits are for this service, not transferable currency.

Initial generation, another generation and optional upscaling are separate tasks with quotes before submission. A successful result you dislike is not automatically a failed task; submitting again normally creates a new charge.

Rejected input or an unavailable required check does not deduct generation credits. A confirmed failed task returns its reserved credits. A failed upscale returns that upscale's credits and does not make the successful original a failed generation. Processing is not confirmed failure.

Cash refunds

Within 7 days of purchase, you may request a refund for eligible unused purchased credits. A wholly unused pack qualifies for a full refund; a partly used pack is calculated in proportion to its unused purchased credits. Task credit returns and cash refunds are handled separately. See the Refund Policy for full conditions.

These terms preserve mandatory consumer rights under applicable law. Price changes do not retrospectively rewrite a confirmed order.

Input and output rights

You retain the rights you hold in your inputs. You grant us a limited license to copy, transmit, store and process content as necessary for the request, hosting and delivery, checks, support and service security, including processing by relevant AI, moderation and storage providers. This does not transfer ownership of your inputs.

You may download and use results subject to applicable law, third-party rights and relevant provider terms. We do not guarantee unique, copyright-protectable output or all permissions needed for commercial use. Check rights to people, photos, scenes and music before posting, and follow platform AI labeling requirements. A generation payment does not purchase an artist's identity, recording or endorsement rights.

Site software, branding and original website material remain the property of their respective rightsholders. A purchase does not transfer those rights.

Access, privacy and deletion

Completed videos can be viewed and downloaded through the account for 7 days. Use the expiry on the work page and save a local copy. We do not provide permanent media archiving. Access expiry does not expire purchased credits or restart the refund window.

The Privacy Policy explains local drafts, uploaded operator photos, videos and provider processing. Protect your account and media links; someone holding a working file link may view or copy it. Signing out does not delete the account, local draft or uploaded content. Contact support for account closure or deletion requests.

Availability and responsibility

Third-party services, capacity and maintenance can affect availability, timing and output. We may adjust models or features, or suspend affected features, with reasonable advance notice where practicable. Changes will not be used to avoid valid refund obligations or mandatory consumer rights.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or a particular creative result. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses from use. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded and mandatory consumer protections remain applicable.

Serious or repeated violations, security risks or legal requirements may lead to suspension or termination. You can stop using the service and request account closure. Remaining funds and credits remain subject to the Refund Policy and applicable law.

Changes and contact

We update this page's date when terms change and provide additional notice of material changes where required. Changes do not retrospectively remove completed-purchase rights or rights under applicable law.

Background choices are site-owned preset IDs: the original scene or two AI-adapted TikTok-frame scenes (ocean kayak and forest stoves). No additional user background photo or arbitrary background URL is accepted.
