Operator photos, presets or upscaling
Include the task ID, selected fish or object preset, background preset, resolution and a description of the problem. For an operator, object or background mismatch, say what looks wrong and at which second in the video. For sound or download issues, say whether the issue appears in the web preview or the saved file.
A redacted screenshot or description can help. You do not need to resend every original photo in your first message. Confirm permission before providing images of other people.

Orders, credits or refunds
Include your order number, purchase email, payment date and any relevant task ID. If your balance looks wrong, identify whether the issue concerns generation, upscaling, a credit return or a purchase.
Eligible refunds follow the Refund Policy. You can apply by email or ticket. You do not need to buy more credits to request a refund.
Privacy, deletion or content complaints
To request deletion of uploaded photos or videos, or account closure, provide the account email and relevant task or file details. We may need to verify your connection to the account or content. Local browser drafts also need to be removed on your device. See the Privacy Policy.
If you believe content infringes your rights, provide the page or file link, an explanation and an email where we can reach you. Include only information needed to identify the issue.
Website corrections
For inaccurate instructions, unclear pricing explanations or broken links, send the page address and a short description. Mention whether you used a phone or computer and the English or Chinese interface.
Do not send passwords, verification codes, API keys, full payment-card numbers or security codes.
